Use Solidgate as a Payment Provider

Solidgate is a one-stop payment processing platform that ensures smooth online purchases and streamlined payment infrastructure. This secure, all-in-one, and highly adaptable payment provider boasts a global coverage and hundreds of alternative payment methods. Therefore, connecting your GonnaOrder store with Solidgate helps you receive online payments for orders via multiple payment options and providers.

Connect Your GonnaOrder Store to Solidgate

Before you start receiving online payments via Solidgate, you must first connect your store to your Solidgate account. You can easily do this by navigating to your store Settings > Payments. Once there, scroll down to find Solidgate logo from the supported payment providers and click the Connect button next to it.

Provide the following details and click Connect to successfully integrate your store with Solidgate for payments:

API Public Key

API Secret Key

Webhook Public Key

Webhook Secret Key

Note

You can get these details from your Solidgate account, under Developers > Channels or by contacting the Solidgate support team.

Receive Online Payments Via Solidgate

Once you have successfully connected your store to Solidgate, you can start receiving customer payments via the supported payment methods. Customers will have the option to choose their preferred payment method on the secure Solidgate payment interface. Here, they need to provide their payment details like card information to proceed with the payment.

Note that you can also receive table payments and standalone payments via Solidgate. This ensures you have total control over all online payments made to your store regardless of the diverse payment methods used by customers.


View Payments on Your Solidgate Dashboard

You can view all payments on your Solidgate dashboard. Simply login to your account and navigate to Payments > Orders. Besides the amount paid, you can also view other details about each transaction, including the order ID, payment status, and payment method used by the customer as well as their email address.

Deactivate Solidgate From Your Store

You can opt to stop receiving payments with Solidgate by deactivating the integration in your store settings. To do that, go to Settings > Payments. Find the Solidgate payments section and toggle the Active button to No.

However, we recommend that set up another payment method before deactivating Solidgate payments. This ensures you can continue receiving order payments online without inconveniencing your customers.

Note that by deactivating Solidgate, the connection details will still be available on the Solidgate integration section. You can simply toggle the Active button to Yes to start receiving payments via Solidgate in future.


Disconnect Solidgate From Your Store

Other than deactivating Solidgate, you can also remove it along with its integration details from your store. This option comes in handy when you no longer want to use it to receive online payments.

To remove Solidgate from your store, navigate to Settings > Payments and find the Solidgate section. Click the Disconnect button and GonnaOrder will remove Solidgate as your payment provider as well as its integration details. So, you will need to reconnect the store to Solidgate if you ever need to use it again for payments in the future.
