The GoAdmin app is designed to help you manage your entire store(s) at the palm of your hand using your smartphone or table. 1. View and Manage Your Store List

If you have multiple GonnaOrder stores, you can manage them centrally from the mobile app. You can also switch from one store to another and view its progress and settings, including orders placed, catalog, and more. Simply click Stores List on the left menu to access a list of all stores you manage and then select the store you want to view.

2. Manage Orders

The GoAdmin app allows you to manage orders received in your store as it brings all the features you would otherwise use on the website. With the mobile app, you can manage customer orders seamlessly, including viewing, editing, confirming, and rejecting orders. Also, you can activate the automatic printing of orders as well as enable app notifications for incoming orders, to mention a few.

3. Capture Orders for Customers

As a store manager, you can capture orders on behalf of the customers directly on the GoAdmin app. So, your staff will not have to leave the admin interface to take customer orders. This feature comes in handy for in-house orders where a customer walks to the counter to request an order instead of ordering from a table or the online store interface.

4. Manage Reservations

The GoAdmin app allows you to find a table and create reservations on behalf of your customers. You can also view the reservations made on the timeline or on the different reservation statuses. What’s more, you can even change reservation details and manage them by either assigning, rejecting, or marking them as complete. This ensures you stay on top of your reservations on the go using your smartphone or tablet.

5. Manage Standalone Payments

View and manage all standalone payments at the comfort of your smartphone or tablet on the GoAdmin app. You can view, filter, and search specific payments under the standalone payments section of your store. This section shows a list of all orders submitted through open tab ordering and paid for through the standalone payment mode. Also, you can create payment requests for custom amounts, allowing customers to pay by scanning a custom QR code or a payment link that you can share with the customer so they can pay for their order online.

6. Manage Store Catalog

The GoAdmin app seeks to make GonnaOrder store management a lot easier. Store staff can now update the catalog directly on the app or via Excel. In fact, they can view and manage the store’s catalog, option groups, top-level categories, and stations. Also, they can add and manage store items in the catalog, ensuring the catalog stays up to date.

7. Register and Manage Printers

Order printing is crucial for any store. The new GoAdmin app allows you to configure printer(s) on your smartphone or tablet. With this app, you can register and configure both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi/Ethernet-enabled printers to print incoming orders. Also, you can enable the automatic order printing from the app, allowing you to focus more on fulfilling orders rather than worrying how you’ll print them.

8. Manage Store Settings on GoAdmin

GonnaOrder gives you the flexibility to set up your digital store based on your needs. You can configure a host of settings on the GoAdmin app, from store details, payment methods, and reservation settings to integrations, branding, and supported delivery modes. These settings help you customize your store to your preferences. Therefore, you can make the store as you like from the convenience of your smartphone or tablet.

9. Manage Tables

Tables are the physical locations in your store from which customers can place orders. It can be a typical table, designated location, or room, depending on your business setup. Every table has a unique table name or number, a unique link, and a QR code. A customer can scan the QR code of a table, view the menu, and place an order, ensuring seamless delivery of services. You can create amd manage these tables from the GoAdmin app, ensuring you have total control over customer orders from different locations in your business. Plus, you get the convenience of mobile table management with the GoAdmin app.

11. Manage Users

Managing who has access to your store is crucial in ensuring your GonnaOrder store is protected. Fortunately, this is now easier than ever with the GoAdmin app. You can invite your staff as standard users or administrator users depending on their role in your business. While standard users have limited access to your store settings and catalog, administrators have full access to your store. They can also add or remove other users.

12. Manage Billing

You can quickly manage your store’s billing details from the palm of your hand on the GoAdmin app. This app allows you to access and update your billing information, subscriptions, and invoices on your smartphone or tablet. You can also extend or manage your subscriptions using the app. This ensures your store remains subscribed to avoid losing your domain.

13. View Customer Data on the Go

You may want to access customer data for several reasons, such as reaching out to the customer about new offers and creating targeted marketing campaigns or discounts. In that case, you can use the GoAdmin app to access customer data from the palm of your hand. This app makes it easier to view the details of the customers who have submitted their information and orders in your store. Finding a customer by name, phone, or email from the long list is now easier than ever with the respective search functionalities. What’s more, you can also download the customer list in excel format for further analysis.

14. Share Your Store

Sharing how customers can reach out to your store is crucial in marketing your business. The new GoAdmin app allows you to copy and share your store link with potential customers using your smartphone or tablet. You can copy the link and attach it to your social media channels or even share it with friends. Also, you can download or print the store QR code, allowing customers to scan the QR code to view your offers. This innovative approach can help reach more potential customers.

15. Register a New Store

If you’re looking to create an entirely new GonnaOrder store, you can quickly register the store on the GoAdmin app. Note that it is also possible to register a new store even if you already manage other stores from the same GonnaOrder account. You can access all the stores you manage from the Stores List. Simply open the GoAdmin app and navigate to Register new Store on the left menu. Enter the new store details and click Save.

16. Manage Your Account

You can fully manage your GonnaOrder account directly from the GoAdmin app. Whether it’s updating your profile information, linking your social accounts (Google, Facebook, and Apple), or creating/changing your account password, the GoAdmin app has got you covered. Simply login and navigate to the my account icon on the top right corner of your screen. Click the dropdown arrow next to the icon to access these account settings. This ensures you stay in control of your GonnaOrder account at the convenience of your smartphone or tablet.
