We are seeking a dynamic individual, well-versed in every facet of modern digital marketing, from fine-tuning our messaging and crafting compelling email campaigns to optimizing website SEO, managing online ads, and fostering engaging social media interactions. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for website restructuring for best practices and conversion optimization, branding, and beyond, to propel our digital presence to new heights.

As part of your tasks, you will need to work with different experts in the various digital marketing domains. It is important to have experience in all domains and be a generalist, while at the same time managing, controlling, reviewing and organising the work of the other members of the team who are specialized in their own domain of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Accountable for shaping and maintaining the brand message across digital marketing channels to ensure consistency and resonance with our audience
  • Organize the work with other digital marketing experts, UI designers, developers and copywriters to achieve the desired results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead efforts in email marketing, online ads management, social media engagement, SEO enhancement, website optimization, and branding activities.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and user feedback to iteratively refine strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative marketing approaches.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Digital Marketing Skills

  • Experience in website optimization techniques to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Expertise in managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Familiarity with tooling as Google Analytics, Google Data Studion Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and analyzing analytics to gain insights
  • Ability to shape brand messages according to the target audience
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies to foster community engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms for crafting engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Proficient in driving and reviewing blog copywriting to ensure compelling content resonates with our target audience and enhances brand awareness.
