GonnaOrder can offer this experience to restaurant customers and helps restaurant managers grow their business, save costs and have recurring happy customers.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented individual to join us as a Data Entry Specialist for Restaurant Menus. This role will help configure our product for restaurants that join the platform, upload photos, make translations and configure settings, so that the restaurants can use our product in the best possible way.
What you will do
- Curate and input restaurant menus into our system with precision and accuracy.
- Design the menu structure according to our software capabilities.
- Search to find missing information for the menus like photos, translations and descriptions.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all menu entries to provide users with the best possible experience.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve data entry processes and standards.
- Contact restaurant managers where needed to get feedback.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in both English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Passion to understand how our software works and familiarity with technologies
- Analytical skills to understand how a menu is structured and convert this structure to configuration
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and collaboration with the rest of the teams.
- Passion for the culinary world and a desire to contribute to the restaurant industry.
- Prior experience in data entry or similar roles is a plus, but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate!

- You will work on a freelance basis and can decide to work any number of hours per week. It is up to you to decide how much you would like to work per week or month. The more you are available to work, the more work you will get. However, it is important to have a minimum availability of 15-20 hours per week
- You will be paid on an hourly basis. You register the hours you worked and for which task, and get paid at the end of the month for the invoice you issue. The more hours you decide to work, the more you get paid
